These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hg333 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers available to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa; references to one gender include all genders.

  • "hg333" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the hg333 online platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for delivering gaming and betting services through the domain hg333.ws.
  • "Platform" — the hg333 website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gaming, betting, and related services are made available to registered users.
  • "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — any individual who registers an account with hg333 and makes use of the Platform's services.
  • "Account" — the unique registered profile created by a Player upon completing the hg333 registration process, through which the Player accesses all Platform services.
  • "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any bonus credits awarded subject to applicable wagering requirements.
  • "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or free-play entitlements awarded by hg333 to a Player under the terms of a specific promotional offer, distinct from real-money deposited funds.
  • "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on any game or sports market available on the Platform.
  • "Restricted Territories" — jurisdictions from which access to and use of the hg333 Platform is prohibited, as determined by hg333 at its sole discretion.
  • "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the primary transactional currency of the Platform for players in Bangladesh.
  • "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity documents and proof-of-payment checks required before withdrawal processing.
Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the hg333 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. hg333 operates a strict minimum age policy. Registering on behalf of, or allowing access to, a person under the age of 18 is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
  • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) creating an account solely for personal use.
  • You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of hg333 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by hg333 or any comparable third-party responsible gaming programme that covers online gambling services.
  • You must be the legal owner, or have the authorised right to use, the payment method(s) used to fund your Account.
  • You must not be suffering from, or have a history of, problem gambling that makes continued gambling inadvisable under guidance you have received from a medical or counselling professional.

hg333 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided within a reasonable period specified by hg333, the Account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed.

Age Verification Policy

hg333 employs industry-standard age verification procedures at the point of registration and during withdrawal processing. Players may be required to submit a government-issued national ID, passport, or birth certificate to confirm they meet the 18+ minimum age requirement. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the hg333 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Password & Access Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. hg333 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is deemed authorised by you.

KYC Verification

hg333 may request KYC documentation at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a valid national ID (NID) card, passport, driver's licence, and a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.

Upon successful registration, hg333 will create a single Account associated with your registered email address. You must notify hg333 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach that may affect your credentials. hg333 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account login details.

hg333 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time. This may include requests for source-of-funds documentation to ensure that deposits are made from legitimately owned payment instruments. Failure to cooperate with enhanced due diligence requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

hg333 supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) with no currency conversion fees charged by hg333. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Platform:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
  • Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within 5–15 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
  • Withdrawals are processed by hg333 within 10–30 minutes during business hours (9 AM – 10 PM BST, UTC+6). Overnight withdrawal requests are queued and processed at the start of the following business day.
  • Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to verification checks at hg333's discretion.
  • hg333 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your Account, or to an account that has been verified as belonging to you. Payments to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • hg333 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges independently of hg333.
  • Visa and Mastercard card payments are accepted for deposit. Card withdrawal availability may vary and is subject to the policies of your card issuer.

Anti-Money Laundering

hg333 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The Platform monitors transaction patterns and may suspend accounts, hold funds, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Depositing funds without genuine gaming intent is strictly prohibited.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

hg333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

Bonuses are awarded as Bonus Funds credited to your Account balance. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). A 30x requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. Specific multipliers are stated on each promotion's detail page.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guideline, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets may contribute 100% of qualifying stake subject to minimum odds thresholds. Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms, typically 7–30 days from the date of award. Expired bonus balances and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.

hg333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if technical errors, abuse, or other unforeseen circumstances make such action necessary. In the event of a genuine technical error affecting a bonus award, hg333 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other players to hedge bonus bets, or placing strategically low-risk wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements — will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided and their Accounts reviewed for suspension.

Seasonal promotions tied to Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup are offered at hg333's discretion. These promotions carry their own specific terms communicated at launch.
Section 6

Game Rules & Betting Rules

Casino Game Rules

All casino games on hg333 — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming). In the event of any discrepancy, the game provider's rules take precedence over any summary displayed on the hg333 Platform.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by hg333's Sports Betting Rules, published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Bets are settled based on official results issued by the relevant governing body.

Void & Cancelled Bets

hg333 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect or palpably erroneous odds, on markets opened or settled in error, or in circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are returned to the player's Account at the original stake amount within 24 hours of the void decision.

Results of all games and sports events are final once officially confirmed. hg333 does not accept liability for any errors in the display of scores or statistics that may appear on the Platform during live events — official results from the governing body or game provider take precedence in all settlement decisions. Players who believe a bet or game result has been settled incorrectly must submit a dispute within 30 days of the relevant settlement date by contacting support at [email protected].

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hg333 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and may have their funds withheld pending investigation. hg333 reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

Identity Fraud: Using false, stolen, or fabricated personal information to register or maintain an Account, or submitting forged or altered documents during KYC verification.

Payment Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments (including bKash or Nagad accounts that do not belong to you) to deposit funds into your Account.

Collusion & Match-Fixing: Coordinating with other players, game operators, or sports participants to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or influence the result of any sporting event on which bets are placed on the Platform.

Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players. Use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions is also prohibited.

Chargebacks & Reversals: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in respect of deposits that were genuinely made and credited to your Account. Players found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks will have their Accounts closed and the chargeback amounts recovered from any outstanding balance.

System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be reversed from the player's Account.
Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

hg333 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by hg333;
  • Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
  • Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder;
  • A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction;
  • Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
  • Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. hg333 will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to the Account balance.

If hg333 closes your Account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of open bets will be returned to you via your last used payment method, minus any amounts hg333 is entitled to retain (for example, amounts relating to outstanding chargebacks, bonus abuse recoveries, or fraud-related losses). Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure for breach.

Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gaming

Dormant Account Policy

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. hg333 will send a notification email before applying any administrative fee to a dormant account balance. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hg333 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
  • Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical maintenance, server failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events beyond hg333's reasonable control;
  • Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in the display of odds, game results, or account balances caused by connectivity issues between your device and the Platform;
  • Decisions made by you on the basis of information published on the Platform, including betting tips, odds data, or game statistics;
  • Any gambling losses incurred as a result of your own wagering decisions on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hg333's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law. In all circumstances where liability cannot be fully excluded, hg333's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The hg333 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hg333 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with your specific device or network connection. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and other parts of Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that their own internet connection meets the minimum requirements for smooth gameplay, particularly for live casino and live cricket betting features.

Section 10

Amendments & Governing Law

hg333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hg333 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent update was made. If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hg333's operating jurisdiction. hg333 does not make any representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, available, or legal in any jurisdiction other than those in which it operates. Players access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the hg333 support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of hg333's registered operating jurisdiction. Players in Bangladesh agree to submit to this jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from their use of the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of these terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and hg333 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter. Any waiver by hg333 of a breach of any provision of these terms will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Notification of Changes

When these Terms & Conditions are updated, hg333 will post a notice on the Platform and, where practical, send an email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect your rights, the update may take effect immediately upon publication.
